Approx. Price:

Rs

  1. Preparation: Before you begin cleaning, clear the kitchen countertops of clutter, dishes, and small appliances. Remove any items that may be in the way of your cleaning.

  2. Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation by turning on the kitchen exhaust fan or opening windows. Adequate ventilation helps dissipate cooking odors and moisture.

  3. Dusting: Start by dusting surfaces, including light fixtures, exhaust fans, and any shelves or decorative items in the kitchen.

  4. Sink and countertops: Spray the sink, faucet, and countertops with an all-purpose cleaner or a mixture of water and dish soap. Use a microfiber cloth or sponge to scrub the surfaces thoroughly. Pay attention to any stuck-on food or grease. Rinse with clean water and wipe dry with a towel or cloth.

  5. Appliance exteriors: Wipe down the exterior of appliances such as the refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher with an appropriate cleaner. Pay attention to handles and control panels. Use stainless steel cleaner for stainless steel appliances.

  6. Stovetop and oven: If you have a stovetop with removable burners or grates, remove them and clean separately. Use a degreaser to clean the stovetop surface and burner knobs. For ovens, follow the manufacturer's instructions for cleaning or use a commercial oven cleaner if necessary.

  7. Microwave: Clean the interior of the microwave by heating a bowl of water with a few slices of lemon for a few minutes. This will help loosen food splatters. Then wipe down the interior with a cloth or sponge.

  8. Dishwasher: Run an empty cycle with a dishwasher cleaner to remove any buildup or odors. Wipe down the door seal and the exterior.

  9. Cabinets and drawers: Clean cabinet and drawer exteriors with an all-purpose cleaner. Pay attention to handles and knobs. Consider cleaning the interiors of cabinets and drawers if needed.

  10. Trash can: Empty the trash can and clean it thoroughly, both inside and outside. Replace the liner with a fresh one.

  11. Floor: Sweep or vacuum the kitchen floor to remove loose dirt and debris. Mop the floor with an appropriate floor cleaner, starting from the farthest corner and working your way toward the exit. Rinse the mop frequently and change the water if it becomes dirty.

  12. Final touch-ups: Wipe down any remaining surfaces, including light switches, door handles, and any other high-touch areas.

  13. Appliance maintenance: Check the refrigerator coils for dust and clean if necessary. Inspect and clean the range hood and its filter if you have one.

  14. Ventilation and odor control: Ensure proper ventilation continues while the kitchen dries to prevent moisture buildup and cooking odors.
