Vacant Flat Cleaning

Preparation: Before you begin cleaning, ensure the flat is completely empty of personal belongings, furniture, and other items. This will make it easier to access and clean all areas.

Dust and wipe surfaces: Dust all surfaces in the flat, including countertops, shelves, baseboards, and window sills. Use a microfiber cloth or duster to trap and remove dust effectively.

Clean and disinfect high-touch areas: Focus on high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, window handles, and countertops. Disinfect these surfaces with an appropriate disinfectant to kill germs and bacteria.

Kitchen cleaning: Clean and disinfect all kitchen surfaces, including countertops, appliances, sinks, and the inside of the microwave and oven. Pay special attention to the stovetop and refrigerator. Empty and clean the refrigerator thoroughly.

Bathroom cleaning: Scrub and disinfect all bathroom fixtures, including toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, and mirrors. Clean grout and tiles if necessary. Ensure that bathroom cabinets and drawers are empty and clean inside.

Window and glass cleaning: Use a glass cleaner and a squeegee to clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces throughout the flat. Ensure that window tracks and frames are free of dirt and dust.
